Legendary Marina & Yacht Club Gulf Shores Alabama Introduces New Leadership

Jeremy Holcomb is a native of the stunning Emerald Coast, a place where he has spent his entire life relishing in its endless beauty and opportunities. He has been happily married to his wife, Karen, for over three decades and is a proud father to three incredible children named Austin, Gav, and Belle. As a family, they have always been heavily involved in the marina industry, with their children following in their footsteps by working in marinas since their teenage years and beyond, sharing their love and passion for the water.

Jeremy’s voyage in the maritime world started when he was a teenage dock attendant at the world-renowned Emmanuel Docks in Destin, Florida, owned by Ben Marler. With hard work and dedication, he eventually earned his Master’s License, leading him to operate a 49-passenger vessel from the same dock until his late 20s. He then went on to manage private yachts and helped improve hospitality and operations in marinas across the United States.

In 2004, Jeremy joined the Legendary Marina Team and became the VP of Operations and GM, serving fifteen years in the Destin dry stack marina. Thanks to his exceptional dedication and leadership, Legendary Marina has become a distinguished establishment today.

We are thrilled to announce that Jeremy will take on a new challenge by launching and operating our cutting-edge marina in Gulf Shores. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry, coupled with our facility’s innovative technology, service, and capacity, will undoubtedly provide an extraordinary experience for our members and guests.

As Jeremy and his family embark on this exciting new chapter, we anticipate a positive impact on Legendary Marina & Yacht Club. We welcome Jeremy as our new General Manager and look forward to continuing to create legendary moments on the water together!
