Aluminum Dock Installation Nearing Completion

One of the most exciting advancements this month is the installation of the premium floating aluminum docks. While not yet fully complete, most of the docks are now in place, reinforcing the marina’s commitment to providing durable and user-friendly docking solutions for boaters. These docks are designed for longevity and ease of access, setting the stage for an unparalleled marina experience.

Continued Work on Marina Infrastructure

Alongside dock installation, additional foundational work continues as contractors install the deep foundations that will support the dry storage building. Efforts remain focused on key structural elements, ensuring our dry storage building is constructed to withstand the harsh environment and keep our members’ boats secure. The dry storage building at Legendary Marina Resort is rated to meet Category 5 hurricane wind speeds, making storage in Legendary Marina’s facility compliant with most insurance carriers. The enclosed facility will be able to accommodate boats up to 55 feet in length, ensuring optimal protection against the elements.

In addition, infrastructure elements such as site electrical, stormwater and fire suppressions systems are currently under construction. These crucial developments will complete the modernization of the site and ensure our facility is state-of-the-art.

Additional on-site progress shows significant advancement in marina infrastructure. The installation of aluminum docks is well underway, with these state-of-the-art structures designed for durability, aesthetics, and ease of use. Built to withstand a variety of conditions, these docks are designed with boaters in mind.

Offsite, work continues at a fast pace to prepare for the marina’s fall opening. Production of marina electrical equipment is underway, along with building fabrication and the assembly of the largest marina forklift ever produced in collaboration with Wiggins Lift Co.
