Sanjiv Hulugalle is Chief Operating Officer of the Legendary Family of Companies, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across luxury hospitality, real estate development, and large-scale destination management in 12 countries and on four continents. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $1.3 billion in development projects, including integrated resorts, master-planned communities, luxury hotels, branded residences, retail districts, and entertainment destinations making him a key leader in driving Legendary’s continued growth and vision for the future.. Before joining Legendary, he served as CEO and General Manager of Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams in Colombo, Sri Lanka, leading the launch and operations of one of South Asia’s largest integrated resort developments. He has also held senior leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Auberge Resorts Collection, and Hotel del Coronado.
