Kayla joined the Priority Title team with over 15 years of experience in the title business, most of that as a Closing Officer, and 10 years in banking, including 3 as a Mortgage Closer. Her well-rounded knowledge of both mortgage lending and title insurance position her to be a terrific asset to our customers and other stakeholders. Kayla’s proactive communication, professionalism and attention to detail are the keys to exceptional customer service which she brings to every transaction, treating both the closing and the people involved with personalized care. Knowing that closing day is the culmination of weeks or months of hard work for everyone involved. Kayla strives to make the closing experience easy and enjoyable.

Kayla has lived in the local area for over 40 years and resides in Niceville. She and her husband Walt have one adult son, 3 playful dogs and are active members of the church. The family are huge Las Vegas Raiders fans, Florida State fans and Atlanta Braves fans. Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends and dragging her husband on antique shopping trips.

Erin joined the Priority Title team after returning to work force and being mostly a full-time mother. She has previously held various customer service positions and has several years of association management experience. Erin has enjoyed learning all the different dynamics of the title business at Priority Title from Lori and the team. Erin’s honesty and integrity combined with her determination and dedication are philosophies that she strives for in all aspects of life. She is highly motivated and enjoys helping others. Erin is a native Floridian and has recently moved to the area with her family.
