Construction of Legendary Blue Water Cay’s Dry Storage Facility Makes Significant Progress

NASSAU, THE BAHAMAS – Exciting progress is being made at Legendary Marina Resort Blue Water Cay, as construction of the state-of-the-art Dry Storage Facility continues to move forward. The construction of the steel structure continues moving steadily forward, and its completion will play an important role in finalizing Phase 1 of the development. Additional key components of the marina are also taking shape, such as the guardhouse, and the shipstore, further bringing the vision for this premier destination to life.

Meanwhile, installation of the aluminum docks for the wet slip docking is nearing completion. These docks are designed to accommodate larger vessels, with slips suitable for boats up to 130 feet in Phase 1 and 220 feet in Phase 2.

The Dry Storage Facility itself will securely house vessels up to 55 feet and is engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane wind speeds, ensuring peace of mind for boat owners year-round. Phase 1 of construction is set to also include a host of on-site amenities including a tiki bar and cafe, shipstore, and more.
